Karaci\u011fer ya\u011flanmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle ilk a\u015famalarda genellikle ciddi belirtiler g\u00f6stermezken, bu durum zamanla karaci\u011ferde iltihaplanmaya ve h\u00fccre hasar\u0131na neden olarak karaci\u011ferin i\u015flevlerini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bozup siroz veya karaci\u011fer kanserine yol a\u00e7abilir\u201d diyor. Diyetinizi i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalardan, y\u00fcksek fruktoz i\u00e7eren \u015fekerlerden ve doymu\u015f ya\u011flardan uzak tutun.
